Signs it has stopped being fun
Betting more than you planned, chasing losses, borrowing to bet, hiding it from people close to you, or feeling restless when you try to stop are common signs that gambling has become a problem. Any one of them is reason enough to call.
Limits and self-exclusion
Licensed US sportsbooks let you set deposit, wager and time limits and take a cooling-off break from your account settings. Most states with legal sports betting also run a voluntary self-exclusion program for licensed operators.
