Today's board, on one scale
Each crest is the side ESPN’s model currently favours, grouped by how far that model has the game from a coin flip. Only games being played are placed — a finished game’s probability is its result restated, not a reading — so every ring here is solid.
On the scoreboard thirteen of those sixteen are inside one score right now. How far apart they are at the end is the number above.
Slate as of 12:34 AM ET · offline · showing the last slate this page read · win probability is ESPN’s own model, a play behind the feed
Score, clock, possession and down are read off the live feed and are seconds old. The win-probability comb arrives already computed, a play or two behind the play feed. Leverage is this product’s ordering, not a statistic: it combines how close the game is, how little time is left, how far the probability just moved, and whether somebody is inside the twenty. A row ranked by margin is ordered on the scoreboard because no probability has landed for it yet. Possession, down and the red-zone mark are the last snap’s and are drawn only on a game that is being played. The market line is the median of the books quoting the game in play, devigged in probability space and credited to TheRundown; a silent book prints no live price. The last scoring play prints without fantasy points until the live points table lands.
Every game on today’s slate, ordered by which one is still in doubt. The game where the next play decides it is the plate at the top; the live rows under it are ranked by how much the possession on the field can still move the result; the games to come are grouped by kickoff; the games that are over fold under one door. Open any of them and every play appears the moment the feed publishes it.
The wall’s whole subject is sixteen games at once, and that state exists for about six hours a week. These render it from the same recorded PIT at BUF rows through the shipping code path — the same leverage arithmetic, the same comparator, the same marks. The pre-kick and one-game fixtures carry the real 2026 Week 1 slate and its real kickoffs; on the Sunday fixtures the teams and event ids are the real 2026-08-28 slate and the plays under fifteen of the sixteen rows belong to a different pair, which is stated on the fixture itself.
A live room is only honest if its unhappy states have been looked at. These replay real rows recorded from PIT at BUF on 2026-08-27 through the same reader, so each state can be read, photographed and argued with on a Tuesday.
