Defense vs. position measures how much of each stat a defense concedes to opponents at a given position — points, rebounds, assists, or threes to guards, forwards, and centers. It is matchup context for pricing player props.
DvP is context, not a standalone bet signal: a soft matchup raises the ceiling on a prop, but role and minutes still decide whether the ceiling is reachable.
